Hi - We are Stephanie and Kelli the wild and creative minds behind Bee Wild Events.
Our business is rooted in friendship that began over 10 years ago. We quickly bonded over our love for exploring the National Parks, endless giggles, and our love for entertaining our friends and family.
Although we just launched our own event planning business, our skills have been built up for many years prior with dozens of weddings under our belts. We previously served the Duluth and North Shore area which let us explore our wild and outdoorsy side.

My husband and I worked with the Bee Wild ladies to plan, design, and coordinate our wedding at the Northern Pacific Center. We purchased their “In Full Bloom” package/ service and WOW was it worth every penny. Stephanie and Kelli were fantastic, energized, organized, and knowledgeable from the start. I was always so impressed by how easy they made things feel.
When looking at a checklist or considering all that goes into wedding planning, it is beyond overwhelming. These ladies made it feel manageable, enjoyable, and simple. They always offered great advice and recommendations!
We had multiple meetings over the year and half of planning and we always walked away feeling more excited and that things were really coming together. They were so communicative! Even leading up to the wedding they were on top of everything.
I truly do not know what we would have done without them on Wedding Weekend/Day. They came prepared and took care of literally everything so we could just enjoy the day. They were so calm, organized, and really made sure the day was perfect. They oversaw set up, decorating, coordinated with vendors, and even cleaned up rentals and such at the end of the evening.
