We are based out of the Twin Cities, but excited to travel anywhere with you.
How many weddings have you had?
Although Bee Wild Events is a young company, we have been in the business for over 5 years creating magical moments with dozens of weddings under our belts.
Do you take on more than one wedding per day?
No, we will not take on more than one wedding on the same day. We typically don’t take on more than one wedding per weekend. This allows us to focus solely on you, not only the day-of but the days leading up to your event as well making sure everything is fine-tuned and in order for the big day.
We’re from another state but getting married in Minnesota - Can you still help us?
Yes, we have previously worked with quite a few couples across the country.
Having a wedding planner is even more beneficial in that situation since you most likely don’t have the time to fly in to meet with vendors, etc.
Do you do destination weddings?
Yes! We will adventure anywhere with you. Schedule a consultation with us to learn more.
Who do you work best with? What type of personalities?
We are easy-going, friendly gals that can get along with almost everyone and most personalities. We love getting to know not only the couple but the entire bridal party and families. We spend a lot of time with our couples leading up to the big day, and certainly on the day-of. We want to make sure the personalities are vibing and that we have your trust to carry out the wedding of your dreams.
We love to work with people who are truly in love and realize that your wedding is more than just the decorations and flowers. It’s about celebrating your love story and starting your brand-new chapter in life together.
Do you have preferred vendors?
Yes, we frequently highlight them on our Instagram page/stories – Follow along and keep an eye out for our favorites!
We are often able to find and suggest vendors and venues that you may not have heard of or considered.
What is your communication style?
We meet with our couples both virtually and in person – whatever works best for them. We keep in contact throughout the process via email and welcome our couples to call/text us as needed.
We mean it when we say we are your wedding day besties!
How do you suggest we manage our budget?
Our couples have access to an exclusive, web-based program called Aisle Planner. Some of the key features pertaining to your budge include:
A customizable wedding budget – allowing you to adjust each category budget as needed.
Personalize the budget -Consider questions like who is paying for what, how much they are contributing, and if other family or friends are contributing.
A budget tool to create mock budgets -the budget tool can estimate the cost of a wedding based on the guest count and the couple's needs.
Track payments and invoices -Aisle Planner can sync payments and invoices to the appropriate Vendor Record simplifying your budget management
Are deposits refundable?
DEPOSIT / CANCELLATION POLICY: Upon signature and payment of the amount specified in our contract, Bee Wild Events LLC reserves the services for the time(s) and date(s) specified. Payment may be made by check or credit card.
In the event of postponement or cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to future services, subject to date availability. Dates may be changed one time within a calendar year. The deposit must be used within 12 months of the original event date. Payment of 100% of the total cost of Services must be paid at least 14 days prior to the event. All cancellations must be made in writing.
This all sounds so wonderful but, is it worth it? Couldn’t I just have my [Insert Friends/Family here] help, they like this kind of stuff.
The average couple (without a wedding planner) spends between 200-300 hours planning their wedding. Much of that time is spent looking for and meeting with vendors. As wedding planners, we have already done the homework and have formed relationships with quality vendors. By getting to know you through our design meetings we can then direct you to the vendors we feel match your personality, style, as well as your budget. This service alone will save you countless hours.
Although we value traditions, we love pushing the limits and being ahead of the latest trends and offering our exclusive design + wedding management suggestions to you.
A lot of couples think that the venue will provide full services to the couple on the day-of. Some do, but in most cases, additional services and wedding management are not included in the venue package.
Planning a wedding is more than just the day-of. It’s a lot of work and although your [Insert Friends/Family here] are willing to take it on it’s nice to give not only you as a couple but also your friends and family the opportunity to fully immerse themselves in the day and be truly present for you in the moment.

What form of payment do you accept, and do you have a payment plan?
We accept personal checks or payments through our online platform. We do require an initial down payment to hold the date. The final payment is due two weeks prior to the date of your event.
If necessary, we can then work with you to create a payment schedule that will work for you.
Acceptable payment forms made through Aisle Planner include:
Credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club
Prepaid cards: Prepaid cards that are one of the above types
Apple Pay and Google Pay: Mobile payment options
ACH bank transfers: For US banks

The first step would be to schedule a consultation to better get to know us, make sure we mesh well, and that you would enjoy working with us. We would use this time to determine the package that suits you best and provide you with a customized quote, tailored to you and your events needs.
Once we have received your signed contract and deposit, you’re officially apart of the BWE family. We then start the onboarding process and schedule our first meeting to kick-off your planning journey!
